There are two types of ceramic molds:

① Ceramic molds are all made by pouring ceramic slurry. The production process involves first fixing the pattern onto the molding board, covering it with a sandbox, and then pouring the prepared ceramic slurry into the sandbox for bonding

After hardening, the mold is lifted and baked at high temperature to become a casting mold.

② Using a liner, ceramic slurry is poured into the gap between the liner and the mold to manufacture the mold. Village covers can be made of sand or metal molds. Using village sleeves to pour ceramic shells can save a large amount of ceramic slurry and is widely used in production. The surface roughness of ceramic castings can reach Ra10~1.25 microns, with a dimensional accuracy of up to 3-5 levels, achieving the goal of minimal and no cutting processing. Ceramic mold casting has a short production cycle and high metal utilization rate.
